CARROT BURFI
INGREDIENTS
Carrot – 1 cup (grated)
Sugar – 2 cup
Ghee – 5 tablespoon
Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon
Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
Milk – 2 cup
METHOD
Heat a tablespoon of ghee and add the carrot and coconut , stir and sauté the carrots till they become tender and completely cooked. Let carrot , cook for about 20 minutes
Then add milk and cook on medium heat , mix the milk with carrots and coconut., sauté well
Then add the required amount of sugar and cardamom powder. Mix well cook for about 10 minutes , strring continuously.
Pour into the greased plate and allow it to cool.
Before it cools fully , cut into desired shapes
