Tomato – 1 kg (chopped)

Red chili powder – 1 ½ teaspoon

Sugar – 3 tablespoon

Salt – to taste

Vinegar – 2 tablespoon

Black Pepper powder – 2 teaspoon

Garlic – 6 cloves

Cinnamon – 1 small piece

Clove – 6 nos

Onion – 1




Add chopped tomatoes, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and onion into the pressure cooker. Cook the tomato until it turns soft.

Then add this cooked tomatoes into the blender and blend it well until it smooth.

Strain this mixture using a strainer.

Heat a pan on the flame and add this mixture into the pan. Now add sugar, red chili powder, pepper powder, vinegar and required amount of salt. Mix well and stir continuously. Cook it on the medium flame for 30 minutes.

Remove the pan from the flame and allow it to cool completely.

Tasty tomato ketchup is ready. Store the tomato ketchup in the air tight container.
