Court quashes NBW issued against Patidar leader Hardik Patel

The Non-Bailable Arrest Warrant issued against the popular Patidar community leader, Hardik Patel, has been quashed by the Visnagar Sessions Court.

The warrant was originally issued on last day as he failed to appear before the court in a case of vandalism for the second consecutive time.

Anyway, today, he has assured the court, which is considering the vandalism case, that he would not miss any hearing in the future.

However, the Patidar hero has been asked to submit a surety bond of five thousand Indian rupees in the court.

Noteworthy, he will have to remain present in the court, when the court will take up the case again for hearing on November 15.

Earlier, there were reports that the Patidar community would join hands with the Congress-led front to defeat the ruling BJP regime in the Gujarat election, which is scheduled to take place next month.

Around a couple of days before, a Patidar leader came up with a strong allegation against the saffron regime, saying that the ruling BJP was trying to buy the support of Patidar leaders using money power.

The Patidar community is one of the most powerful communities in the state. Undoubtedly, it has the capacity to decide the next ruler of the state.
