Strawberry Ice Cream
Milk – 2 cups
Heavy cream – 2 cup
Food colour – a pinch (red)
Salt – ¼ teaspoon
Fresh strawberry -2 cups (paste)
Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla extract – 2 teaspoon
Wash the strawberries, then whip them using a towel. Put the strawberries in a blender and puree. Set it aside.
Add milk in a pan over medium heat. Then add cream and sugar into the milk , stir well until it dissolved completely. Remove from the heat, add strawberry puree and other ingredients into it mix well.
Pour this mixture in a container.
Cover the container and kept it in a freezer for setting. After some hours, when the ice cream is fully set, remove it from the freezer and cut it with a knife.
Add this piece into the blender, and blend it well until it smooth. Pour this back again in the same container and keep it in the freezer to set.
After it set, serve immediately. Garnish it with strawberry slices.
