FRUIT CUSTARD

INGREDIENTS:

Custard Powder – 3 tablespoon

Milk – 3 cups

Sugar – As required

Mixed Fruits – 2 Cups (Favourite fruits, chopped into equal size)

Cashew nuts – 1 tablespoon

Dates – 1 tablespoon

Vanilla essence – 3 drops

Ice cream – for garnishing

Honey – 2 tablespoon

Milk maid – 1 tablespoon

 

PREPARATION:

Add custard powder and ¼ cup milk in a bowl mix well. And keep it aside.

Boil balance milk in a deep pan add required amount of sugar. Mix well.

Then add custard paste and vanilla essence to it stirring continuously for a few minutes. Cook it until it turns thick consistency.

Remove it from the heat. Keep the pan for cool completely. And kept the pan in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Take mixture of fruits in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon milkmaid into the bowl mix well. Pour the custard mixture on it mix well.

And keep this bowl into the refrigerator for 2 hours. Tasty fruit custard is ready. Serve this in the serving dish, add ice cream on the top.

Garnish the fruit custard with chopped dates and cashew nuts just before serving. Serve the fruit custard immediately.
