COCONUT PAKODA

INGREDIENTS

  1. Coconut – 1 cup (grated)
  2. Rice flour –  ½ cup
  3. Salt – as required
  4. Onion –  1 (chopped)
  5. Green chilli – 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  6. Oil – to fry
  7. Coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon (chopped)

METHOD

Mix grated coconut , coriander leaves, rice flour , green chili , onions , and salt in a bowl.

Mix until it forms a nice dough .         

Divide the dough into equal sized balls and flatten and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan , when the oil is medium  heated ,put the coconut balls into the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown  color on both sides.
