Rava Ladoo

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Rava – 1 ¼ cup

Coconut – 2 teaspoon (fresh)

Sugar – 1 cup

Ghee –  ¼ cup (Melted)

Cashew nuts – as required

Caradamoms –  ¼ teaspoon (crushed)

Milk –  2 tablespoon

 

 

 

METHOD

 

 

Add ghee in a pan ,after heat it, add cashew nuts and roast till golden in colour. Remove from the pan. keep it aside.

To the same pan , add fresh coconut sauté it well for  a few minutes. add the ghee and rava and fry for 10 minutes. Cook till the mixture thickens, then keep stirring regularly.

Add sugar and crushed cardamoms on the mixture. Sauté it well . Now add roasted nuts in the mixture and add 2 tablespoon milk mix well. switch off  the flame.

Pour this mixture into flattened pan. Allow it to cool completely. Shape the ladoo like balls.

Rava Ladoo is ready

Store the laddu in a jar with lid .
