Spicy Dry chicken
Ingredients
Chopped chicken- 1/2 kg
Oil- as required
Pepper powder-12 teaspoons
Chopped green chilli- 1
Onions – 1
Curry leaves -as required
Ginger-garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Method
Marinate chicken in a mixture formed by combining the pepper powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes. In a frying pan, add 2 teaspoon oil, chopped onion and fry it. Add sliced green chilli, curry leaves and ginger-garlic paste and stir it for about a minute. Then, add marinated chicken and let it cook for about 15 minutes. Garnish with curry leaves or freshly chopped coriander leaves.
