Garlic is a common item seen in the Indian kitchens. It has some anti-bacterial properties. There are many who consume this item regularly eyeing at the health benefits that it offers. Is garlic actually good for health?
It is true that those who consume this item regularly may experience several health benefits. It is good for immune system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, respiratory system and digestive system.
But, noteworthy, unlike other natural items, this item has some toxic properties also. Regular conception of garlic attracts several serious health issues. It is advised that one should avoid raw conception of garlic if he/she has such a bad habit.
