Easter Special Stuffed Patridges

Ingredients:

Patridges skin removed and cleaned     – 4 Nos

Patridge eggs  ( boiled )                             – 4 Nos

Coriander powder                                      – 2 tablespoons

Fennel powder                                            – 2 teaspoons,

Pepper powder                                           – 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder                                        – 1 teaspoon

Chilli powder                                               – 1 teaspoon

Lemon juice                                                 – 1 teaspoon

Salt                                                                – To taste

Onions (sliced )                                           – 2 Nos

Raisens and Nuts                                        – 1 tablespoon each

 

Method;

*Remove the shell of the boiled eggs and set aside.Make small cuts  all over the patridges .

*Combine all the spice powders with salt and lemon juice and apply this mixture  all over the patridges. Set aside for about an hour.

*Saute the remaining three items in ghee and keep ready.

* Mix half of the onion mixture and divide into 4 parts.Keep the other half for garnishing.

* Take each patridge and first insert a boiled egg.Then fill it with ¼ of the fried onion mixture.

Join the stomach with a piece of tooth pick. And also tie up the legs.Prepare the others in the same way.
