By 2022 Accenture to have 3 Lakh Employees in India

In the current fiscal year, which ends in August 2022, Accenture’s headcount in India might reach 3 lakh. The achievement will come after more than a year of record-breaking hiring.

Given that the corporation now has approximately 30,000 unfilled roles in India, the momentum is expected to continue. TCS and Infosys both employed 40,000 people last year, with an additional 10,000 lateral hires expected this year. Accenture hired 118,000 individuals in the previous fiscal year, with 56,000 net hiring in the fourth quarter.

Accenture will also expect double-digit growth in various areas, including cloud and operations. The corporation devotes the largest portion of its revenue to digital, making it the most sought-after location for digital talent.
