AVAL LADDU

INGREDIENTS

  1. Aval –  1 cup
  2. Cashew nuts – 10 nos
  3. Jaggery – ¾ cup (grated)
  4. Cardamom powder – ¼ teaspoon
  5. milk – ¼ cup
  6. Raisins – 8 nos
  7. Ghee – 2 tablespoon

METHOD

dry roast aval till crisp.

Transfer this into a blender along with cardamoms and jaggery , then blend well..transfer into a plate

Then, add ghee in a pan, after heat it, add cashew nuts and roast till golden color. Add , raisins. switch off the flame

Pour into the aval mixture.

Allow it to cool completely. add milk  and mix well and Shape the laddu like  balls.

Aval laddu is ready
