Student Detained After Kissing Video Goes Viral In Karnataka: Police
A picture of a young boy and girl kissing in a private apartment here has gone popular on social media. They are both students at a reputable university. In the video, the two students are seen kissing while their friends applaud them. They are both wearing their college uniforms. Police claimed that the students were participating in a kissing competition.
According to sources, the young man who created the video has been held for interrogation. According to city police commissioner N Shashi Kumar, the event happened at a private flat six months ago. A week ago, one of the pupils uploaded the video to WhatsApp, where it quickly became viral.
The students have received warnings and suspensions from the college administration. The commissioner stated that no complaints have been made to the police by either the college administration or the parents up to this point.
According to him, police will investigate whether or not the pupils utilised drugs while holding the kissing competition.
