Take a few spoons of coconut oil. Apply the oil on the scalp. Massage the hair with the oil slowly and
thoroughly. Let it rest on the hair for a few minutes. Remove the oil with lukewarm water. Repeat the
procedure at least thrice a week for better result.

Indian Gooseberry Oil


It is commonly known as Amla, in India. It is a tasty fruit easily available in the country. It is actually the
Indian version of gooseberry. It is known for its oxidation, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It is a rich source of several vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C.

Take a few spoons of Amla oil. Apply the oil on the scalp. Massage the hair with the oil slowly but
thoroughly. Let the oil rest on the hair for a few minutes. Wash the oil with lukewarm water. Repeat the
procedure at least twice a week for better result. Amla juice is also good for hair.

Ghee


It is an easily available product in this part of the world. It is economical as well. What makes this
product helpful for hair is the presence of Vitamin E, which is the main ingredient in many hair
conditioning products. Ghee is the rich source of several vitamins and minerals, especially Vitamin E.

Take a tablespoon of pure ghee. Apply the ghee on the scalp. Massage the ghee on the hair thoroughly
and slowly. Let the ghee rest on the hair for a few minutes. Remove the oil with lukewarm water. Repeat
the procedure at least twice a week.

Onion

It is an unavoidable vegetable in the Indian kitchen. It is also a commonly used vegetable. It is a rich
source of several vitamins and minerals, especially sulfur. What makes the produce suitable for hair is
the presence of sulfur.

Take a spoon of onion juice. Rub the juice on the scalp. Let the juice rest on the scalp for few minutes, at
least 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it with lukewarm water. Repeat the procedure at least twice a week for
better result.
