Health benefits of Apple
There is an old saying ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’. Many studies have been done to check whether the saying have any merit or not. Unfortunately, none of them has successfully reached a concrete conclusion.
It is good to assume that there is merit in the saying, than to simply reject it as an unscientific saying, as no dispute has been raised yet against the fact that there are many health benefits for this amazing fruit.
Apple is not a commonly cultivated fruits in India. As the plaint in which this fruit grows demands certain climatic conditions which is only seen in some regions of the country, the cultivation of this fruit is limited to those regions where the suitable climatic condition necessary for the growth of this plant exists.
Yet, this fruit is widely available in the Indian markets.
Apple is a rich source of antioxidants, flavanoids and dietary fibers, apart from several other nutrients.
It prevents us from certain kinds of cancer, hypertension, diabetes and heart diseases. Try to include this fruit in daily diet.
