GARLIC PRAWN

INGREDIENTS
- 1 prawns – ½ kg
- Maida – 1 tsp
- Cornflour – 1 tsp
- Ajino moto – 1 pinch
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Custard powder – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Water to mix
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Tomato pure – ½ cup
- Onion – 1 no
- Garlic paste – 12 cloves
- Ginger paste – ¼ tsp
- Chilli powder – 1 tsp
- Chicken stock – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 1 tsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tsp
- Oil – 3 tsp
- Chopped spring onions
METHOD
- Marinate cleaned prawns in no.2 ingredients for about 20 minutes .deep fry and keep it in a serving plate. In the same oil , fry chopped onions until tender . add ginger garlic paste . sauté well until oil comes out . add chilli powder and tomato puree ,conflour , chicken stock and soya sauce to it . add enough salt and pepper .spread it over the fried prawns . decorate with minced spring onions.
