Winter is here. Everyone loves this season. Winter gifts happiness, along with laziness. Not only human beings, but viruses also love this season. In winter, human immune system becomes weak. Viruses defeat human immune system in winter more easily, than in other seasons. That is why human beings often suffer colds and fevers in winter.
In one of the previous articles, we have discussed what are the food items we should include in our daily diet to empower our body to fight the difficulties posed by the winter season.
But, in this article, we are trying to tell our readers what are the food items we should avoid from our daily diet in order to lower the ailments created by this season.
It is better to avoid sugar, alcohol, dairy products, caffeine and fried food from daily diet to make the body less vulnerable to the winter related diseases.
