Cult.fit Files Draft Papers for ₹9.5 Billion IPO
Indian fitness and wellness company Cult.fit has filed draft papers for an initial public offering (IPO), seeking to raise up to ₹9.5 billion through a fresh share issue. Existing investors, including Temasek, Schroders Capital, and LifeFit Group, will also sell up to 178.6 million shares as part of the offering.
Media reports earlier suggested the IPO could be valued between ₹35 billion and ₹40 billion, although Cult.fit has not confirmed the total issue size. As of March 31, 2026, the company operated 708 fitness centres across India and served more than 987,000 paid members through its app, website, corporate partnerships, and direct fitness centre sales.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to expand its network by opening new fitness centres and investing in branding and marketing. The IPO comes as India’s wellness industry continues to benefit from rising health awareness and growing consumer spending on preventive healthcare, adding to a busy year for the country’s IPO market.
