Salt biscuits – 1 cup
Beef – ½ kg
Minced salt & pepper – to taste
Butter – 2 tbs
Onion – 1 (chopped)
Green chillies – 2 nos
Flour – 2 tbs
Milk – ½ cup
Lime juice – 1 tbs
Garam masala – 1 tbs


Cook beef with salt and pepper . in kadai , heat butter , onion and green chillies until tender , add masala powder . into this add maida and sauté until color changes .now add milk and stir until thick . add minced meat and lime juice . keep this in the fridge for about 1 hour. For making rolls , take the beef mixture from the fridge and make small cakes and cover with biscuit crumbs. Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot.
