Covid 19: Migrant labourers protest; Delhi man arrested

A man who purportedly impelled migrant workers to dissent here in the midst of lockdown was captured by the police on Wednesday.

The man, Vinay Dubey, who was prior kept for taking steps to dispatch a disturbance on April 18, was reserved under Sections 117, 153 A, 188, 269, 270 and 505 (2) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 3 of The Epidemic Diseases Act.

He will be delivered under the steady gaze of a neighborhood court later today. Dubey has been blamed for actuating transients through his web based life posts calling for action.
