Beetroot Milkshake
INGREDIENTS
Milk – 300ml (chilled)
Sugar – as required
Beetroots – 2 (chopped , peeled , boiled with skin)
Vanilla ice cream – 2 scoops
Cinnamon powder – a pinch
METHOD
In blender , puree the beetroot.
add milk , sugar and cinnamon powder into the mixture.. blend until smooth.
add vanilla ice cream and mix..
pour into glass and serve.
