Bakrid public holiday on Wednesday; Government has ordered a change in the holiday on Tuesday
Bakrid will be a public holiday in the state on Wednesday, July 21, the government said. Tomorrow’s holiday on the calendar has been moved to another day that is on Wednesday. The government said tomorrow would be a working day.
In Kerala, Covid restrictions on Bakrid were relaxed for three days from Sunday. The apex court will hear the petition tomorrow. The court has informed the petitioner that the first case will be considered tomorrow.
