INGREDIENTS:
To Be Ground Into A Smooth Paste
Grated coconut- 3/4 cup
Cumin seeds -1 teaspoon
Green chillies -4 to 5 ( chopped)
Water-1/4 cup
Cut vegetables – as required
Curry leaves- 4 nos
Turmeric powder-1/4 teaspoon
Salt- to taste
Fresh curd-1/2 cup
PREPARATION:
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. add the curry leaves,vegetables and and turmeric powder, mix well. and sauté on a medium flame for a minute. Add the prepared paste, salt and ¾ cup of hot water, mix well and pressure cook on a high flame for 3 whistles. Allow the steam to escape using natural release method. Add the curd and the remaining oil and mix well.
