Aryan Khan released on bail; 27 days after his arrest; Shah Rukh Khan takes to Mannat

Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, who was arrested in a drug party case on a luxury ship, has been released on bail. He was released on bail yesterday. The release from jail was delayed till today due to non-delivery of bail copy to the jail on time.

Shah Rukh Khan had come to pick up Aryan. Vehicle view with Aryan, who was released from Arthur Road Jail, left for Shah Rukh Khan’s house Mannat. The bail order was issued at around 3 pm yesterday. Juhi Chawla came forward in the Mumbai Sessions Court to sign Aryan Khan’s bail surety of Rs 1 lakh. The documents were quickly presented by the lawyers in the Sessions Court at 4 p.m. The order had to reach the jail till half past five. But the lawyers could not reach the jail within the stipulated time.

The jail stay was extended for another night after the jail superintendent informed him that the time would not be extended. The Bombay High Court granted bail to all the three accused, including Aryan, on 14 conditions, including not leaving the country, having their passports tied up in court and appearing before the inquiry team on Friday.
