HCL to Reward Mercedes-Benz to Top-Performers

Well-performing IT companies are rolling out enticing offers to retain their employees. Top performers in HCL Technologies, for instance, might drive home a Mercedes Benz.

With regard to this proposal, it is kept for approval by the board. During 2013, the company had given out 50 Mercedes Benz to its top performers but later discontinued the practice. He further added that the replacement hiring cost is 15-20% higher, hence they are actively participating in skilling the workforce.

HCL Technologies is planning to hire 22000 freshers in the current financial year wherein last year the recruitment was 15600.
