Cyprus serial killer kills seven foreign women
A sector of people has criticised the police department. They have alleged that the police neglected the missing complaints as those were related to the foreigners – particularly, related to the migrants.
An army man in Cyprus has killed as many as seven women; notably, all killed have been foreigners.
The police authorities have not yet recovered all bodies of those women killed by the brutal solider.
The brutal crime unearthed when the man was quested while investigating about a missing foreign woman. In the initial stage, he denied any connection with the missing woman. Later, when confronted with certain evidences, he confessed that he killed at least six more in the same way he killed the missing.
The revelation has shocked not only the investigators, but also the entire country. Cyprus is one of the very few countries in Europe where the crime rate is fall below the regional average. Perhaps, this serial killing incident is the first such incident reported in the country in the recent history.

A group of migrants have organised demonstration in the country to express their anger and grief. Several locals have joined the demonstration in solidarity with the migrant community and their cause.
