Vineeth Nair joined HRDS INDIA as CSR Director

The man with golden touch having a distinguished career spanning over three decades Vineeth Nair is an expert in marketing. He, who joined as the CSR Director, HRDS INDIA, has yet another illustrious achievement to his credit. This classy expert, who has experience working in several companies in India and the UAE, possesses the fabled fortuity. All the companies he worked with reached greater heights thanks to his singular proclivity for unconventional thinking and discovering fresh approaches to bolster the bank accounts. He began working for Citi Bank in Mumbai when he was 23 years old, marketing credit cards and other items. He shifted his base to the Gulf out of nothing more than pure grit and determination to reach new heights.

He was employed with the prominent Landmark Group in the UAE from 1996 to 1999. Although he started out as Section-in-Charge of the Sharjah Home Center, he was quickly promoted to Showroom-in-Charge, where he managed a staff of 42 people from various nationalities, and it was at that point when his fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil was useful. Vineeth’s intelligence and inventiveness helped him advance while working at The New Indian Express (TNIE) from 2011 to 2019 after returning to his home state. His pursuit of excellence caused the company’s revenue to soar while he worked in various daily units handling various positions.

Vineeth, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Calicut University and a post graduate degree in Business Administration from Mulund College of Commerce, Mumbai University, is credited with bringing several ground-breaking concepts to TNIE that caused the revenue graph to soar to previously unheard-of heights. Vineeth holds the record for most special supplements across all editions with over 400. The legendary 16-page “Making of the Mahatma” supplement, “His Story” illustrated biography of Jesus, “Express Ensemble” supplement chronicling the 80-year journey of Indian Express, “Martyrs’ Day” supplement, and the special supplement on former President APJ Abdul Kalam (Remembering a Legend) are all deserving of mention because they helped boost sales and are timeless classics. The Kalam supplement’s final page has the header “Those incomplete words…” in remembrance of the legend who passed away on the dais while delivering a speech. It brings to mind Indian Express’s famous blank editorial from the Emergency era. The introduction of the lifestyle publication “Priyasakhi” during his time with TNIE is entirely his responsibility. He was working as the organization’s Assistant General Manager before he left in 2019. He has also served as the model for two commercials.
