Unique Business Club as a Global Platform for Social Impact
A new vision for leadership and social responsibility is taking shape with the Unique Business Club (UBC), an initiative of the Federal International Chamber Forum (FICF), envisioned by Dr. Ajit Ravi. Under the guidance of FICF Chairman Shri Gokulam Gopalan and Patron Shri V. P. Nandakumar, the initiative seeks to bring accomplished leaders together around a larger purpose — contributing to society and creating meaningful, lasting impact. Rather than defining leadership only through professional achievements, the Unique Business Club places emphasis on responsibility, contribution, philanthropy and community welfare.
The vision of the Unique Business Club is built around the principles of Integrity and Trust, Leadership and Excellence, and Service and Impact. The initiative seeks to encourage community service, philanthropy, empowerment and global development while creating a trusted network where individuals can collaborate for social causes. Its vision extends across communities and borders, bringing together entrepreneurs, industrialists, investors, professionals, startup founders and corporate leaders who share an interest in contributing to society.
A significant component of the Unique Business Club vision is its social-impact model. According to the UBC framework, the voluntary annual contribution is ₹50,000 per member, with 75% directed towards women empowerment, social and sports causes. The stated allocation also includes charity and community service, UBC programmes and emergency initiatives, supported by financial transparency and audited records. With its guiding philosophy of Connect, Collaborate, Contribute and Create Impact, the Unique Business Club seeks to establish a community where leadership becomes a catalyst for philanthropy, empowerment and positive social change.
