In order to gain weight, include soy, curd, ghee, milk, sugarcane, rice, wheat and black gram in the daily diet and make proper use of spices like ginger, garlic, cinnamon, black pepper and clove by including it in the daily diet properly.
Experts say that regular exercise not only helps to reduce weight but also help to gain body weight easily. There is a wrong notion that limiting physical activity is the key to gain weight.
Drink adequate amount of water. Sleep well; sleep at least eight hours a day. In order to get a proper sleep, consume a glass of milk having a pinch of turmeric in it before going to bed.
