MinebeaMitsumi manufactures semiconductors, motors, sensors, battery management systems and other electronic components for global automotive and industrial markets.

In a separate agreement, Aequs Group will invest ₹4,000 crore to establish what is described as India’s first fully vertically integrated aircraft engine manufacturing facility. The project will be developed over 250 acres at SIPCOT in Shoolagiri, Krishnagiri district, and is projected to generate around 7,000 jobs. The Aerospace and Defence Park will manufacture aircraft engine and gearbox components, aiming to anchor a domestic aero-engine ecosystem while boosting exports and regional industrial growth.
