Tactical alliance helps SP-BSP to block BJP’s triumph

An unexpected failure has blocked the triumph of BJP. In the recent assembly elections, the BJP defeated all their rivals. Even the leftist bastion, Tripura, could not prevent the saffron party from conquering their land.

Now, it seems that an intelligent decision has successfully questioned the future of rightist hegemony. That decision has been taken by BSP supremo Mayawati.

When the BSP leader announced their plan to join hand with the SP, their arch rival, in the by-elections against the BJP, no one would have thought that it would be the game changer.

Surprisingly, when the election result has been declared, no one has dispute over the truth that it was the BSP’s decision which overturned the political scenario.

Embracing the BJP who is ruling the UP government, the BSP-SP alliance, in the by-elections, has marked an astounding victory against the BJP in Phulpur and Gorakhpur –both seats was previously held by the BJP itself.

The element that is intensifying the embracement is the fact that Gorakhpur is the bastion of the UP CM, Yogi Adityanath.

The election proves that the BJP’s power in the state is still much less than the combined strength of SP and BSP.

How will Yogi overcome this failure?
