Swiggy Sets ₹100 Billion Earnings Goal by FY31
Swiggy has announced an ambitious target of achieving ₹100 billion ($1.05 billion) in core earnings (EBITDA) by fiscal 2031. The company expects this growth to be driven by the continued expansion of its food delivery business and its quick-commerce platform, Instamart.
The company projects Instamart’s gross order value (GOV) to increase four to five times, reaching ₹1.5 trillion by FY31, compared to ₹280 billion in FY26. Swiggy also aims to grow its consolidated GOV to ₹2.5 trillion by FY31, up from ₹677.34 billion in FY26.
Swiggy’s long-term outlook comes as competition in India’s fast-growing quick-commerce market intensifies, with rivals investing heavily in dark stores and faster delivery networks. Following the announcement, Swiggy’s shares rose 4.3%, reflecting positive investor sentiment toward its growth strategy.
