Suspected secret affair with husband, wife goes to gym beats young woman with shoes

On suspicion of having an affair with her husband, she went to the gym where he was working out and beat up a young woman who was exercising there. The incident took place at a prominent gymnasium on Koh-e-Fiza Street in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. A 2.15-minute video of the incident is now going viral on social media.

The incident took place on October 15. Gym owner Anil Bajpayee told that a 30-year-old woman, the wife of a man who used to come to his gym regularly, went to the gym with her sister wearing a burqa and beat up another young woman who was exercising there with her shoes.

The woman, who lives on Noormahal Street, was allegedly involved in a secret physical affair between her husband and another woman who was a regular visitor to the gym. However, the husband has denied all the allegations. The video shows him trying to save the young woman from his wife’s constant attacks.

The police involved in the case have registered one FIR each under sections 323, 294 and 506 of the IPC. The same woman had also registered a dowry harassment complaint against her husband at the Shahjahanabad police station, police said.
