Spicy Chicken Fry
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken – 500 gm
- Bread crumbs – 4 tablespoon
- Egg white -1
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
For marination
- Shallots -10
- Lemon juice – 3 tablespoon
- Cumin powder -1 tablespoon
- Water – 4 tablespoon
- Ginger – 1
- Pepper powder -1 tablespoon
- Garam masala powder – 2 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
- Curry leaves – 2 spring
- Garlic -10 cloves
- Chilli powder – to taste
- Coriander powder -3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
METHOD
- Add oil in a pan for deep frying. Heat it in a medium flame. Then add the chicken pieces in the oil. Fry it until golden brown. Take it from the oil and drain it.
- Then add chicken in this mixture for marination. Set aside for 4 hours.
- Add all the marinate ingredients in a blender and make into a fine paste. Add egg white into the mixture and mix them well
- Just before you fry, add bread crumbs and toss well.
- Serve hot.
