Rashmika Mandanna Responds to “Time Pass Rumours” Of Vijay Deverakonda’s Wedding With Her
Rashmika Mandanna, the star of Pushpa: The Rise, has finally addressed the wedding rumours surrounding her and Vijay Deverakonda. Rashmika and Vijay Deverakonda have collaborated on several films, including Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade.
In an interview with Mirchi9, she addressed the rumours, saying, “It’s just rumours to pass the time. I still have a lot of time to devote to marriage. When the time comes, I will marry. And as for all the rumours that have been circulated, I say, “Let them be.” Vijay Deverakonda addressed the wedding rumours in a cryptic Twitter post last month. He penned: “As is customary, nonsense… Don’t we just adore news?”
Rashmika Mandanna began her career as a commercial model, from which the makers of Kirik Party chose her for the lead role opposite Rakshit Shetty. Rashmika signed Harsha’s Anjani Putra opposite Puneeth Rajkumar and Chamak opposite Ganesh after the success of her debut film. She also appeared in Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru. She was most recently seen in the smash hit Pushpa: The Rise, alongside Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil.
The actress will make her Bollywood debut soon. Goodbye, directed by Vikas Bahl and produced by Ekta Kapoor, will star her alongside Amitabh Bachchan. Goodbye will be Rashmika’s second Bollywood film, following Mission Majnu, in which she will co-star with Sidharth Malhotra.
Vijay Deverakonda made his acting debut in Nuvvila in 2011. His breakthrough performance, however, came in the 2016 film Pelli Choopulu. The actor is best known for his roles in films such as Arjun Reddy by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Ye Mantram Vesave, Mahanati, Nadigaiyar Thilagam, Geetha Govindam, and Dear Comrade, to name a few. In terms of acting, the Telugu star was most recently seen in World Famous Lover. Liger, in which he co-stars with Ananya Panday, is his next film.
