PM Modi Joins Drummers During Interaction With Indian Community In Indonesia

On his way to meet with members of the Indian community in Indonesia on the eve of the G20 conference on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi played the drums.
As Prime Minister Modi arrived at the location to meet with the Indian community, a sizable gathering of individuals wearing Indian clothing and turbans greeted him with folded hands amid shouts and chants of “Bharat Mata ki Jai.”

The Prime Minister was welcomed by the sound of rudimentary drumming as he arrived at the location. The drummers encouraged Prime Minister Modi as he participated in the festivities by playing the drums with them for a few beats.

Prime Minister Modi is in Bali to attend the ongoing G20 summit. India will assume G20 Presidency for one year, beginning December 1, 2022.The G20 comprises 19 countries: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Turkey, the UK, the USA and the European Union (EU).
