Unique Times-No New Greek plans before summit

The euro zone ministers have ordered no new plans before the summit gets over. It is reported that they had urged Greece to submit new plans after the people had rejected a draft bailout in a referendum. Greece has stated that it had proposed new changes and hopes to secure a mutually beneficial agreement. But Germany thinks that there is still no basis regarding the talks on the new bailout. The Greek side had given a presentation on this at the euro zone finance ministers meeting in Brussels. Regarding this there was not new written plan. They have reported that this meeting was not conducted to create new proposals instead it was conducted to prepare for the summit. And it also stated that the proposals with new changes are in their hands and it will be discussed during Tuesday and Wednesday. Alexis Tsipras, the Greek Prime Minster had met German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande before the summit took place.
