OIL MASSAGE
- Olive oil/sesame oil – 1 tablespoon
- Coconut oil – 1 tablespoon
- Warm Water – for soaking
- Socks
Wash your feet with warm water. Massage your heels with any of the oils or an oil mixture. Wear socks and go to sleep.
RICE FLOUR SCRUB
- Honey – 2 tablespoon
- olive oil – few drops
- rice flour – 3 tablespoon
- apple cider vinegar -2 tablespoon
- Warm water- to soak feet
This paste will also help to remove dead skins under your feet and to effectively treat cracked feet.
