myTVS Hits 10 Million Active Subscriptions, Plans AgenticAI Service Launch in February
India’s leading digital automotive platform myTVS has crossed a major milestone with 10 million active service subscriptions out of its 52 million total subscriptions, marking rapid growth for the five-year-old platform. Managing Director G. Srinivasa Raghavan said the achievement reflects the transformation underway in India’s aftermarket automotive sector, where digital mobility solutions are becoming mainstream.
Raghavan announced that myTVS is preparing to launch its AgenticAI framework in February 2026—an AI-driven system managed by digital agents designed to improve vehicle servicing efficiency. He highlighted the platform’s strong ecosystem, which includes 20+ vehicle manufacturers, 100+ parts makers, 15 financial and insurance partners, and 10 EV startups. With over 1,100 myTVS service networks and 1,000 mobility touchpoints, the company offers rapid 60–120-minute service across the country and has grown at a 30–40% CAGR over the last four years, achieving EBITDA profitability within just five years.
The company aims to expand to 2,500 multi-brand service networks within two years and strengthen its presence in the quick commerce mobility market by opening 100 dark stores by March 2026, scaling to 250 the following year. With services already in 200 towns, myTVS plans to reach 600 by next year, while also expanding to West Asia and Africa. Its upgraded EV-ready service centres—150 of its 1,100 networks—are supporting partnerships with VinFast and last-mile mobility firms like MoEVing and Lithium Urban Technologies.
