Mijwan Fashion Show 2022: Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh appear as Manish Malhotra’s muses
As they made their royal runway debut at the Mijwan Fashion Show 2022 last night, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh went all out in terms of fashion. The duo walked the runway in embroidered outfits by legendary designer Manish Malhotra, exuding unrivalled nobility and elegance. The couple indulged in some sweet PDA, delighting fans and leaving everyone in awe of their chemistry.
The Piku star, as always, left everyone in awe of her elegance and flair as she stepped out in a white lehenga covered with delicate white embroidery. It was worn with a matching blouse that had a provocative cloak draped over her shoulders and a plunging neckline.
Deepika added a stone-studded choker, matching earrings, and a ring to the ensemble to enhance its regal charm. The actor chose smokey eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, kohled and mascara-coated eyes, flushed cheeks, and a neutral lip colour to complete the look.
Beau Ranveer enhanced her all-white appearance with a black sherwani that featured elaborate white embroidery. It was worn with a pair of simple black pants. The Gully Boy star wore a pair of diamond stud earrings to accessorise his stylish ensemble.
Numerous celebrities attended the fashion event, which was put on by Shabana Azmi and her NGO Mijwan Welfare Society. Among the few celebrities seen were Gauri Khan, Nora Fatehi, Karan Johar, Vidya Balan, and Dia Mirza. Last night, Anushka Sharma’s parents also made a wonderful entrance while wearing chic attire. Her father kept things sharp with a navy blue jacket paired with a sleek white shirt and black slacks, while her mother looked stunning in a powder blue sari by Manish Malhotra.
