Mangaluru Auto Blast Accused’s Mysuru Home Raided, Bomb Squad Combs Area

The primary suspect in the Mangaluru autorickshaw blast incident’s rented Mysuru residence was searched on Sunday, according to the police. A bomb squad has also been stationed nearby for a search operation.

The accused rented the one-room residence last month, the police claim. He had claimed to be in the city for “mobile repair training” when he had spoken to the home’s owner.

According to the Karnataka police chief earlier today, the autorickshaw explosion that happened on Saturday was not an accident but rather an “act of terror with the intention to cause serious damage.”According to sources, the police discovered a “burnt pressure cooker with batteries” inside the autorickshaw.
