Malaika Arora injured in a car accident and was taken to the hospital
Malaika Arora, an actor and model, was involved in a car accident on Saturday afternoon while returning from a fashion event in Pune, according to the police.
The actress was taken to Apollo Hospital in Navi Mumbai after suffering minor injuries to her forehead.
“Malaika Arora has minor injuries to her forehead; a CT scan revealed no problems, and she is currently unharmed. The actor will be kept under observation for the night before being released the next morning”, as per a statement by Apollo Hospital.
According to reports, the accident occurred on the Mumbai-Pune expressway when the actor’s car was involved in a three-car pileup. The actress was accompanied by her driver and bodyguard.
According to the official, she was driven to Mumbai by an MNS leader who was traveling in the same direction.
Malaika Arora is a reality TV star who has appeared on shows such as India’s Best Dancer and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa.
