So is the story of Joy Alukkas, Chairman and Managing Director of global conglomerate Joy alukkas Group. A second-generation entrepreneur, Joy Alukkas learned the tricks and trades of the business since his childhood days. His fascination towards the business saw him drop out of school to join his family business and develop a sharp business acumen. Recalling his early years, Joy Alukkas said, “My vision of becoming a successful entrepreneur wasn’t situation- al or circumstantial.
