Indian Air Force hero Abhinandan Varthaman freed
Indian Air Force officer Abhinandan Varthaman, who accidentally landed in the Pakistan territory when his brave attempt to foil the Pakistan Air Force’s attempt to attack the Indian military installations culminated in the destruction of his fighter plane and a plane used by the Pakistan Air Force, has been freed by Pakistan.
The entire nation has celebrated its hero’s safe return. The return is considered as one of the biggest diplomatic victories of the Indian government.
After the return, the Indian Air Force hero has been taken for medical check up. He will attend an official briefing later today. Several senior officials from the Air Force and other sectors of the force are expected to participate in the official briefing session.
After that procedure, he is likely to meet some respected figures in the Indian government. It is almost conformed that External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will meet the Indian hero.
Many respected figures have expressed their happiness in the safe return of the Indian man, and most of them have congratulated him for the high risk he took to protect the country.
From what little that has been learned about the developments, it is assumed that the hero will be reunited with his family in few hours.
