Gully Boy rapper Dharmesh Parmar, MC Tod Fod, dies at 24

Dharmesh Parmar, also known as MC Tod Fod, was a rapper who died at the age of 24. He sang India 91 in the Gully Boy film starring Ranveer Singh and Siddhant Chaturvedi. His death was mourned by the two actors.

MC Tod Fod, a member of the Mumbai-based hip-hop collective Swadesi Movement, was one of over 50 rappers who contributed to Zoya Akhtar’s film. It is unknown what caused his death.

On Instagram, Ranveer posted a photo of the rapper with a broken heart emoji. Meanwhile, Siddhant shared a screenshot of a conversation he had with the late rapper, in which the two congratulate each other on their accomplishments. The Gehraiyaan actor wrote, “RIP bhai.”
