Disney+Hotstar: Sharukh Khan Prepares for his Digital Debut

Shah Rukh Khan teased his rumoured OTT venture SRK+ a week ago, and now the actor has shared yet another clip about it on social media. According to reports, the OTT venture is actually a Disney+ Hotstar promotional campaign. More information is expected.

“Dil toh pagal tha, ab dimaag bhi kharaab kar diya @DisneyPlusHS walon ne,” Shah Rukh wrote on Twitter after sharing the video.

In this video, Zero actor Anurag Kashyap is seen with his reel manager and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. Anurag and SRK are seen enjoying a delicious meal until his reel manager reminds him that they need to come up with better ideas for the superstar’s OTT venture, as Disney+ Hotstar is home to the most popular web shows. SRK responds that “his name is enough” to make him a web sensation.

An exasperated SRK dunks his phone in a bowl of dal, letting out a theatrical’sorry’ afterward, as all of Anurag’s ideas are apparently already on the OTT major. According to reports, Anurag Kashyap will direct SRK’s digital debut. On several occasions, the filmmaker has expressed his desire to work with the superstar, describing it as his “dream to work with Shah Rukh.”

Ajay Devgn, Salman Khan, and Karan Johar are among the celebrities who have congratulated Shah Rukh Khan on his specualted digital project. On the work front, Shah Rukh Khan is currently filming Pathaan with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in Spain. Siddharth Anand, the director of WAR, is in charge of the project. On social media, new photos of the actor have surfaced, in which he is seen flaunting his chiselled physique with eight-pack abs and a new hairstyle.
