Daughter of former Andhra Chief Minister NTR was discovered dead in Hyderabad residence

Uma Maheshwari, a member of the Telugu Desam Party and a former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, was discovered dead at her residence in Hyderabad’s Jubilee Hills, according to the police. She appeared to have committed suicide. However, according to Hyderabad police commissioner CV Anand, no suicide note has been discovered.

According to the police, a case has been filed, and more investigation is ongoing. The youngest of NT Rama Rao’s 12 children was Uma Maheshwari. She has two sisters: Nara Bhuwaneswari, the TDP president and spouse of former chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu, and former union minister and BJP leader Daggubati Purandeswari.

According to the police, Chandrababu Naidu, his son Nara Lokesh, and other family members are present at Uma Maheshwari’s house.

Living with her husband—who is absent—is Uma Maheswari. Her husband and younger daughter, who resides in Hyderabad, paid her a visit on Sunday.
