Cruise Drug Party Case: Aryan Khan’s bail plea rejected by court

Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s bail plea rejected. The court ruled in favor of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)’s argument that granting bail to Aryan would affect the investigation. Arbas Merchant, who was arrested along with Aryan, and model Munmun Dhamecha were also denied bail.

The court directed him to approach the Sessions Court for bail. The NCB argued in court that Aryan could destroy evidence and influence witnesses if granted bail. However, the lawyer argued in court that the drugs were not seized from Aryan and that the arrest was based on a mobile chat.

The lawyer also said that Aryan had given all the information during the interrogation. The guests on the luxury ship arrived as invited. The NCB said the argument that the evidence would be destroyed because the phone was confiscated was unfounded and demanded that bail be granted. However, the court accepted the NCB’s contention and rejected the bail application.

The magistrate on Tuesday remanded eight people, including Aryan, in judicial custody for 14 days. Aryan, along with others who were arrested, was remanded in judicial custody after the NCB rejected his request to extend his custody for further questioning. The accused stayed at the NCB office last night as Kovid was not allowed to stay in jail without being examined. Transferred to jail today.
