Case Against Actor Ranveer Singh In Mumbai Over Nude Photoshoot

According to officials, actor Ranveer Singh had a First Information Report or FIR filed against him in Mumbai today due to his naked social media posts.
A city-based non-governmental organisation submitted a complaint, which caused the Mumbai police to open the case (NGO).

The NGO claimed that by posting his naked photos on social media, the actor offended the modesty of women in general and damaged their feelings. The NGO office-holder made the complaint yesterday at the Chembur police station.

Akhilesh Chaubey, the attorney for the complainant, claimed that the nude images uploaded by Ranveer Singh will send the incorrect message to kids.

I appreciate the Mumbai Police’s quick response, and the arrest should now be made shortly, added Mr. Chaubey. A woman lawyer had already filed a complaint with the police against the actor, claiming that he had posted the images with the intent to offend women’s modesty.

On Thursday of last week, the actor shared his magazine photoshoot’s naked photos on Instagram and Twitter. Ranveer can be seen in the images without any clothing on.
