‘Baaghi 3’:Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor’s next venture to be an official remake of the Tamil hit film ‘Vettai’
Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor will be reuniting again for ‘Baaghi 3’. The pair was earlier seen in the first part of the Baaghi franchise in 2016. Actor Ritiesh Deshmukh will also be joining the two actors in the third part. According to the latest reports the story of the film will be a remake of the Tamil hit film ‘Vettai’.
According to the reports ‘Ritiesh and Tiger will play the siblings in the film while Shraddha will be the female lead. Sajid Nadiadwala has bought the rights of ‘Vettai’ and is adapting it into ‘Baaghi 3′. The Tamil film is revolving around two brothers who were complete opposites, while the elder one was sensitive and the younger one was rebellious. After their father who was a police officer, dies, the elder brother also goes reprobate and pay back for the death of their father.’
If the reports are believed to be true then this is not the first time that the Baaghi franchise has adapted a South Indian film. The last movie ‘Baaghi 2’ was also a remake of South film ‘Kshanam‘ and was directed by Ahmed Khan. ‘Baaghi 3’ has already gone on the floors recently.
In the 2012 release Tamil hit features Arya, R Madhavan, Ashutosh Rana, Sameera Reddy, and Amala Paul in key roles.
